Title: Golden hour’s final embrace on Unicorn Peak
Photo location: Unicorn Peak, USA

The tranquil stillness of the scene reflected the peace within, reminding me of the joy found in solitude, immersed in nature’s raw beauty. Grateful for the lightweight versatility of Haida’s PROII VND-CPL filter, which enabled me to carry minimal gear yet fully capture the essence of this breathtaking moment, just as I envisioned it. I highly recommend this piece of gear in your kit for multi-day photography adventures in the mountains and backcountry.

A spontaneous visit to this lake brought an unexpected surprise: a glow behind the mountains. The sunset painted the sky in colors reminiscent of the blooming heather in the foreground. I can hardly put into words what a spectacle it was – all the more I’m excited to share this special shot with you.

In the early morning, Mount Bromo emerges through a thick veil of mist, creating a surreal and enchanting landscape. The soft glow of the rising sun gently illuminates the sky, casting shades of pink and orange across the horizon.

Title: Fall of the Rhine
Photo location: Rhine falls, Switzerland

The Fall of the Rhine in Switzerland is the most powerful waterfall in Europe. Normally, it has about 500 m3 per second. In Mai 2024 and due to the heavy rains, it ran with about 1000 m3 per second, providing for an awesome view. Of course, I had to pay it a visit and photograph it.
